taken from their myspace: "Forming in an "Introduction to Strings" class at the Savannah College of Art and Design, Chris Dye and Aaron Mew welcomed Anthony Stubelek into their group thus creating and all cello group named the Butternut Trio. Friend, Michael "Mickey" Dwyer transfered from an afternoon class and turned the Trio into a Quartet. After ending the class, they decided to pick up conventional rock instruments.
