The Capitol City Dusters are a trio from Washington, D.C. Alec Bourgeois (ex-Severin) formed the band in 1996 with Ben Azzara (ex-Junction, Delta 72) and played with several bass players before Jesse Quitslund (ex-Vile Cherubs, Please) joined the group in 1998.
