The Composure is a power-pop band from Pittsburgh, PA comprised of Paul Menotiades (vocals/guitar), Seth Milly (guitar/vocals), Cory Muro (drums/vocals) & Johnny Grushecky (bass). Formed in 2007, the guys caught the attention of producer Marc McClusky (Weezer, Bad Religion, Ludo), who contacted the band after hearing their demos posted on Myspace.
