The Divys are a Philadelphia-area synth-pop rock duo with retro new wave overtones. The name of the outfit was inspired by drag performer and character actor Divine. Guitarist Cliff Hritz and singer William Schrul formed the band in 2005 and released their debut album This Is What You Get the following year.
