There are, at least, two groups by this name. The Gentle People are a UK-based group. The members were Dougee Dimensional, Honeymink, Valentine Carnelian and Laurie Lemans. They made four albums: 'Soundtracks For Living' (1997), 'Mix Gently' (1997), 'Simply Faboo' (1999) and 'I Love The Gentle People' (2007). They worked with Aphex Twin and DMX Krew on remixes.
