Pre-fab group of top pop session players brought together in various combinations to promote Ford Motor's youth orientated ad campaigns circa 1968-1970. The Going Thing released three Ford-centric albums featuring tracks with titles such as "The Warranty Song" as well as kitschy versions of popular hits of the day.
