The Johnstones are a five member band from Ajax, Ontario.The band was formed by Highschool friends Ryan Long and Jarek Hardy under the name "element 113" after a few shows and some lineup changes the band re-named themselves The Johnstones. They made a name for themselves by touring relentlessly in Southern Ontario alongside other local bands Ill Scarlett and The Flatliners.
