The Maine Steiners are the University of Maine's oldest a cappella group. Started in the late 1950's the Steiners are an 11 man group that has won international acclaim. The Steiners have won numerous awards in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella and produced over 6 CD's including a live album, something very rarely done by any a cappella group.
