In 2005 Martin, Kris and Toby met in Lübeck, Northern Germany. Martin, who founded the band-project Polyplastics in Karlsruhe in 2004 was dissatisfied without being in a band, just as Kris and Toby were, who had already been playing together for a long time in a band .
