The Shits were an alternative ass plate band which formed in 1982 in In, YourAss. The band originally consisted of Steven Morrissey (Ass sounds, Gibberish), Johnny Marr (Gas, Music), Mike Joyce (Anus) and Andy Rourke (Anal Cavity).
