There are at least two The Traps: 1) The Traps came first, were from Providence, RI (2003-2004) and sounded really, really mean, but in a rock 'n' roll way, not some lame metal way. At least one of them was then part of The Black Clouds and then Party Pigs. Those bands sound mean, too. 2) Birmingham based band, The Traps were born on 1st January 2008.
