Theody is a Christian rock band based out of Northwest Arkansas. It started as a solo project by the band’s founder, Lauren Kinder, under the name “Lauren Elizabeth.” After booking her first solo performance at the Rock the River festival, she asked local musicians Adam Dizer, Keegan Ware, and Zach Harrod to lay down a track for her to sing with.
