With the debut A Thousand Lives in 2005 Tom joins the alternative music scene in the Netherlands as a soundscape-songwriter. The album, which describes the search for a destiny, receives critical acclaim and is followed by a fragmented tour. A few months after the relase of A Thousand Lives Tom meets drummer Pimba.
