Tomb Of... originates from 2003, when it begun as a black metal side-project of then vocalist of Frozen Glare, WS. The original name of the project was Nebel, and it drew its inspiration from depressive, minimalist, ambient black metal. In early 2004 the band changed name to Totenmaske, and begun work on a rehearsal demo that was never to be released.
