Singer/songwriter Tontxu (born J. Antonio Ipiña) got involved in music after composing his first song at the age of 11, later becoming a radio station programmer and announcer. After moving to Madrid, Tontxu started touring the local club circuit, having the opportunity to make his first record in 1997. Se Vende was produced by Javier Monforte and Gonzalo Benavides.
