Tools You Can Trust was a duo ( RobWard & Ben Steadman) from Manchester. There's Little or no info to be found on the web. They were often described as an experimental/industrial band , but experimental/post-punk would be a better term. This is a very energetic and underrated band and should get a whole lot more attention.
