Tree Helicopter is one of several recording projects of C.P. McDill. The others are Saluki Regicide, Djinnestan, Akashic Crow's Nest, Rowboat Magicians, and Drone Wallah. Tree Helicopter's initial output was in the years 2003-2004, and consisted of the album "Moon Calf" and the long-form ambient recording "Rain I" both of which are available as free downloads from the netlabel Webbed Hand Records.
