Troubadour Tunes's lyrics & chords

This CD consists of songs written by Frank Zaruba, Texan by birth. He chose the title of the album, TROUBADOUR TUNES, for no particular reason. Most of the songs are sung by Jim Sales, who owns a studio in nashville Tn and does demo work for a living. all these cuts have been pitched to George Strait's people and none have been accepted up to this point.
