TROUT CAKE is a jazz rock band from New York consisting of Jon Osborn, Greg Schettino, Devin Connely, Jake Lewis and Josh Glum. The group played together for a couple of years and released their debut album 'Ultrasounds' in November of 2014 inspired not only by progressive rock but also by latin music, reggae, blues, funk and other contemporary music.
