TUE ( The Underground Engineers) was started by Horatio The Best Man, Moogoo, and Ruggedsun 1 in Detroit in 2007. The group later added new members and has grown since then. Every member in the group is a producer and rapper. They get the name TUE from there ability to mix and master music without having certified music engineer training.
