Ultra-Violent were formed in January '82, in Hebden Bridge just outside Halifax, releasing one single for Riot City records 'Crime for Revenge'. Ultra Violent were Guitarist Andrew 'Grif' Griffiths, vocalist Adrian 'Adie' Bailey, bassist Simon Duffy (Duf) and his brother Jared Duffy (Jaz) the drummer.
