Underground Parliament (UP) is an American hip hop duo from Turlock, California. Members, Eksperiens (producer-emcee) and Minus 1 (emcee) joined forces in 2007 and released their debut album “Lost In Transition: 01 (Human Resources)” in 2011 on Bennington Vibes Recordings.
