In the beginning of 2000 Rustam with his friend Mike Cheater forms the Unformal The first studio record they had ever had was Apocalypse 21 in Wire Records. BIC Fest 01 was a very big event for Baku Underground organized by ODER. Unformal gets Golden Moon award as the best rock band in Azerbaijan in 2001.
