United Balls are a Munich, Germany based band that formed in the mid-1970s as part of the German punk/NDW scene. The bandmates met at the Munich Gisela Gymnasium in the mid seventies. The naming process was difficult at first - "Teen Quo Vadis", inspired then by the current building mania "U-Bahn-Schacht". Soon the group abbreviated the name to "UBS".
