Upperground are an Australian hardcore punk band based in Sydney, New South Wales. The band consists of siblings John (drums) and Sarah (lead vocals) Buckley, both formerly of Sydney band Highways; joined by guitarist Harrison Warwick and bassist Aron Postolovic. The band formed in September 2013; and released their debut EP, Man's World, the following month. The band is a significant departure for the Buckley siblings, most notably in the vocals; which are more often screamed or shouted, as opposed to the "clean" vocals of Highways. Read more ...read more
