Uw Hypotheekadvies is a trio formed in Nijmegen, The Netherlands in 2004. The lineup consisted of bassplayer Rob Mellink (Rob Deckermann) drummer Dries Mellink (Dries Deckermann) and guitarist Martin Luiten (Martin Deckermann) Uw Hypotheekadvies (‘your mortgage advice’) evolved partly out of legendary dutch band Girlfriends (also at Beta-lactam Ring Records).
