Formed in early 2008 as a record only project, Vaive Atoish is a punk rock band from Punaluu on the island of Oahu, HI. Their influences are psychedelic rock bands of the late 1960s and the post hardcore movement of the mid-late 1990s. The band is highly influenced by Japanese rock groups such as Boris and Teengenerate. Their music has elements of grunge, punk, shoegaze, hardcore, and alternative.
