The songwriting/producing team of Carlos de France & Rafa Legisima moved from Madrid (Spain) to Miami (USA) in 1996 where they met in 1998 the also Spanish singer Diana Garcia-Pelayo and decided to create the pop duo fronted by Diana and Rafa.
