Victory State is comprised of 4 people: James - Guitar and Vocals Harry - Guitar and Vocals Craig - Bass Matt - Drums James, Harry and Craig all come from Utoxeter. Matt comes from Derby. The lads met through the split of previous bands and decided to form their own.
