Vitaly Popeloff is the guitarist/vocalist of progressive rock band FROM.UZ. Biography: Vitaly was born in Tashkent in 1969. His mother is a music teacher, so with her assistance Vitaly started playing guitar at the age of 12. His first meeting with rock music was listening to “Animals” by Pink Floyd.
