Weasel-MX is the long-time band of Grandmaster Ratte'. It began in 1990 in Lubbock, Texas, as a four-piece punk/funk band. Since then, it has morphed into an electronica/dance group. Obvious, the band's first album, was released by cDc communications in 1991. In 1993, the band lent several tracks to Swingin' Muzak, a compilation of Lubbock-area punk rock bands.
