WHILE ANGELS WATCH is the musical project of singer/songwriter Dev, previously a member of post-punk act Flowers in the Dustbin, TMG and Sixth Comm who went on to record as While Angels Watch, releasing a trio of cassettes during the second half of the decade through to 1991.
