The alt country sixtet Winny Lee was founded in Malmö, Sweden in 2004. The band released their debut album "Open Your Book" in 2005. After some change in the line-up, the recording of the follow-up album "So Here We Are" begun in august 2007. The album was recorded in a 19th century farm in the middle of the swedish woods and is in many ways a departure from the singer/songwriter-oriented debut.
