You Gruesome Hare was created in mid-2009, in Westminster, VT. The original members were Jason Leo, Jonah Nigro, Kyle Tansley and Nicolai Harvey. In fall of 2009, Jason moved to Arizona, forcing the band to find a new drummer. They began working with Burke Batchelder.
