Your Food were a punk rock band formed in Louisville, KY in the early 1980s by John Bailey, Wolf Knapp, Tari Barr and Douglas Maxson (formerly of The Dickbrains) in the environs of the Louisville Punk House. Barr departed the group and was replaced by drummer Charles Schultz (also formerly of The Dickbrains). The group privately released its only full length, Poke It With A Stick, in 1983.
