After recording two albums as the multi-instrumentalist behind Denver singer/songwriter Dan Craig, 9-5 number cruncher Dan O. was in need of a one-man musical outlet. Influenced by artists including Empire of the Sun, Daft Punk, Cut Copy, and Relation, he began experimenting with electronic music, drawing influence from hip-hop, indie rock, and 70's dance.
