Zixth Zense is the band that was founded in 2001 by 3 ex-Gilgamesj members (Frank van Stijn - Gerrie den Hartog - Jan Vos) in Leerdam. New musicians in this band were drummer Willem Prins , guitarplayer Sylvester van Leeuwen en keyboardplayer Rogier de Vaal . In 2001 the CD "Tooth of time" was recorded with this line-up. The music was a little less hardrock, but after Jan en Rogier left the band (Jan again was replaced by René Sterk) the old Gilgamesj-classics were added to the setlist again.
