Yu Xun-fa (俞遜發) (born in Shanghai on January 8, 1946; died in Shanghai on January 21, 2006), was a Chinese flute player who popularized the art of the flute in Chinese culture during the 1970s. In elementary school, Yu studied the flute. He participated in the Shanghai "Red Children" Troupe in 1958, and studied under dizi performer Lu Chunling as a disciple.
