Four piece Kill the Fake Patient formed in New Zealand in late 2004 and although comprising of members from Lower Hutt and West Auckland, they are currently based in Dunedin due to them all studying at Otago University. Their sound is unique and defies instant categorisation, however can be included in the loosely coined punk/hardcore genre.
