Rachel and the Revolvers was a 1962 studio project of Brian Wilson and Gary Usher. "Rachel" was a singer named Betty Willis from the Watts neighborhood in Los Angeles who was recruited by Wilson and Usher (Though some people believe it was actually Ginger Blake of The Honeys).
