Samira Aliyeva (Azerbaijani: Samirə Əliyeva; born 29 September 1981) is an ashiq singer from Azerbaijan. She studied at the Conservatory of Baku. She was an apprentice to Ashiq Khanlar Mamedov (Qazakh), and then to Ashiq Qarajan (Borchaly). In 2004 she graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Arts with a master’s degree majoring in culturology, and since 2005 she has been teaching ashiq art at the same University.
