The Idle Kings is a garage rock duo consisting of guitarist/vocalist Sean Trevor and drummer Bryan Johnson. The band formed in 2008 in Lafayette, Indiana; the group played its first show in March of that year at a downtown bar. Throughout 2008, The Idle Kings toured the circuit of Lafayette bars and music venues, playing original songs and a few covers.
