There is more than one band by this name: (1) The Millions were a Lincoln, Nebraska alternative rock band formed in 1989. The band's membership was drawn from two earlier cult acts in Lincoln--guitarist Harry Dingman III and drummer Greg Hill had played in For Against, while vocalist Lori Allison and bassist Marty Amsler were members of New Brass Guns.
