Richard Treat Williams (born December 1, 1951 in Rowayton, Connecticut) is an American actor. Early life Williams was born in Rowayton, Connecticut to Richard Norman Williams, a prize-fighter, and his wife Marion Treat, a Housewife, for whom he is named.
