(I don't see nightmares, I never wake up screaming, I don't have fears that would affect my sleep. I sleep my nights well, but sometimes when i wake up the nightmare begins. Just to open a newspaper can ruin my day, or a train ride to the city. What ever it is it gets sometimes unbearable.
